ITL strongly believes in nurturing young talents and giving back to the society. ITL does this through its Campus Recruitment drive across colleges and universities, helping deserved students on their career path. ITL resumed its Covid struck Campus drive this year with great energy, started with Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Chennai, on first week of Feb 2022. The drive started with inspiring presentation on – About ITL, for students to be aware and make right decision.

Aptitude test was conducted for initial screening, students qualifying the aptitude test were then technically interviewed, and students selected in the tech interview were finally interviewed by the HR team.

Around 26 students participated in the campus interview drive, 13 students qualified aptitude test and attended the interviews. Five students were shortlisted for the Intern role by the HR team & letters were given for the shortlisted students. Overall experience and feedback of our recruitment team was very positive as we got to understand the current syllabus of education and students capabilities in the current scenario.
